Questions?
Answers to the questions we get asked most, from the technical side to how we work. Still missing something? Just get in touch, we are always happy to help.
It depends on the scope. So we clarify it in a short first call and send you a quote within 24 hours.
As a guide: landing pages start at €2,900. For company websites with custom design and animation, the investment usually sits between €5,000 and €7,500. Larger projects, such as a relaunch with many pages or a site with automation built in, start at €9,000.
We bill the project work at a fixed price, so you can plan ahead. On top of that come ongoing hosting fees, depending on the plan. Maintenance and further development are optional and listed separately in the quote, with no hidden extras.
By three things you can check before paying anything.
References with results. Nice screenshots say little. Ask for numbers: more enquiries, better rankings, faster load times. For every case in our portfolio you can see what changed afterwards.
Clarity on rights and support. A trustworthy agency tells you up front who owns the design and code and what happens after launch. With us, both belong entirely to you.
An understanding of your business. In B2B, design alone does not decide it; what matters is whether the site makes a complex offering understandable. Notice whether the first call asks about your audience and your sales process, or only about colours.
A freelancer suits clearly defined, smaller jobs and is usually cheaper. A B2B website, though, brings strategy, copy, design, development and SEO together, and one person rarely covers all of that. If they drop out, the project stops.
An agency brings those roles as a team that already works together and stays reliable as the project grows. The investment is higher than with a freelancer.
We work as a fixed core team with a network of specialist freelancers we bring in project by project. You get the reliability of an agency without paying for capacity your project does not need.
Mostly B2B companies with offerings that need explaining: software and SaaS, IT service providers, industry, recruitment firms and consultancies. In other words, wherever a website has to do more than look good and needs to make a complex product understandable and pre-qualify enquiries.
Our clients include CERA AI, ThinPrint, comvaHRo, MKJC.NET and the Quedlinburg roll foundry. We have delivered more than 75 projects this way, for startups and mid-sized companies across the German-speaking region.
Everything a B2B website needs, from one team and without handovers: B2B web design with strategy, UX and UI, built in Webflow or as custom web development with Astro, plus AI in marketing, from AI-native websites to AI agents trained on your data.
On top of that we take care of SEO, write the copy for your website and set up automations, separately or as one package. And you always talk to the small team that actually builds your project.
In fixed steps with dates, so you always know when your team is needed.
It starts with a 30-minute first call with no obligation: we listen and put forward first ideas. Within 24 hours you receive a quote together with a first concept. Then come strategy (1 week), design (2 weeks), development (3 weeks) and launch (1 week). Support after launch is optional.
In between, we check in briefly over WhatsApp or Slack, with an answer the same day.
You do, entirely. Once the project is complete, all designs and the website itself belong to you.
That means you are not tied to us: you can maintain the site yourselves, bring in another agency, or export the code and run it on your own server. We do not hold on to you through access or rights, only through the quality of our work.
That is up to you. The website is yours, and you can maintain content in the CMS yourselves without depending on us.
If you want support, we offer ongoing care as a subscription: you send us a brief and usually get the results back within 48 hours. You can extend, pause or cancel the subscription at any time. On request we add continuous SEO support, so your visibility keeps growing after launch.
Yes, we write the copy for your site. Our process is built to gather the essentials about your ideal customer profile and your offer with as little effort on your side as possible. Onboarding captures the relevant information, then we run a research process in which we build up audience knowledge with AI support and, where it helps, run customer interviews. With the tone of voice settled, we turn all of that into copy that speaks to the people you want to reach.
We are based in Berlin, and our clients come from across the German-speaking region. You do not need to be on site to work with us: we coordinate over calls, WhatsApp or Slack and reply the same day.
If you would rather meet in person, you are welcome in Berlin. You can see which companies we have worked with in our projects.
The first call takes 30 minutes and is free of charge, with no obligation. We listen first and ask questions: what do you want the website to achieve, and who do you want it to reach? On that basis we put forward first ideas for a solution and give you an initial sense of the investment the project involves.
Within 24 hours of the call you receive a quote. Whether you go ahead with it is your decision, taken in your own time and without any sales pressure.
Within 24 hours of the first call. The quote is put together for your project and includes a first concept and a fixed price for the project work, so you can plan ahead.
Ongoing hosting fees, which depend on the plan, and optional maintenance and further development are listed separately, with no hidden extras. The quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
In principle we can start at any time. It comes down to how many slots we have open. As a rule we take on a maximum of six to eight clients at once, so the quality of the work holds up.
With Kris and Etienne, the founders of Remodify. Kris is responsible for technology and design, Etienne for web strategy and UX. Both are your dedicated contacts throughout the project: you talk to the small team that also does the work.
Depending on the project, we bring in specialist freelancers from our network. Communication stays direct: you reach us on WhatsApp or Slack and get an answer the same day. You can read more about the two of us and how we work on our About us page.
Our focus is on B2B companies with offerings that need explaining: software and SaaS, IT service providers, industry, recruitment firms and consultancies. We work for startups as well as mid-sized companies, in Berlin, across Germany and throughout the German-speaking region.
Pure consumer shops are not our main line of work. We are the right fit wherever a website has to make a complex product understandable and pre-qualify enquiries. Our projects show what that looks like, for CERA AI, ThinPrint or the Quedlinburg roll foundry, for example.
In B2B the clearest page wins, not the prettiest: people who grasp your offer in ten seconds are the ones who get in touch. We lay out services that need explaining so that procurement, the technical team and management all take away the same thing.
On top of that come clear user journeys, visible trust and unambiguous calls to action, so that visitors turn into conversations and enquiries reach you already pre-qualified.
And we measure rather than guess: after launch we look at the numbers and fix the places where visitors drop off. Taste is not the yardstick, enquiries are.
Both. The design is created in Figma; how we build it depends on how you want to work.
Webflow fits when your team wants to maintain content and pages in the editor themselves and everything should sit on one platform.
Custom code with Astro fits when code, content and hosting should stay in your hands, when you need maximum performance, or when the website works closely with your own systems.
In the first call we say openly which route suits you, even if that goes against the option you asked for. Webflow or WordPress? Our comparison lays out the differences.
Yes, from the start. Keyword research and an SEO strategy belong to the strategy phase, before the design starts. The technical foundation is part of the build: short load times, a clean structure, metadata and automatically generated sitemaps.
For visibility in AI search we add structured data and set up an llms.txt.
After launch we track your rankings in Sistrix. Ongoing SEO support is available as an optional add-on. We do not promise specific rankings, but we put the conditions for them in place.
Yes, that is the idea. The building blocks come with the site: your team adds new landing pages, case studies or blog posts without asking us. In Webflow that happens in the editor, with Astro in a CMS we connect for you.
At launch you get a short handover, so everyone knows where things live.
If you would rather hand it off, there is our support subscription: you send us a brief and usually get the result within 48 hours. You can extend, pause or cancel at any time.
Yes, we do that regularly. We move websites from WordPress, TYPO3, Wix or older systems to Webflow or Astro. We carry over content and structure, set up redirects for every old address and keep an eye on your rankings, so your visibility survives the move.
Two examples: for EAF Berlin we delivered a large migration from TYPO3 to Webflow in ten weeks, and for ThinPrint the relaunch from WordPress to Webflow in twelve weeks.
We build it so the groundwork is in place. Forms are designed to be GDPR-compliant, so data is captured securely and within the rules, and we set up the cookie notices.
With Webflow the site is hosted on US servers by default. As long as no personal customer data is processed there, that is not a GDPR problem. If concerns remain, the code can be exported and hosted on a German server. With Astro you choose the hosting freely anyway.
This is not legal advice: the legal texts are for you to clear with your lawyer or data protection officer.
It depends on the scope. Let us talk it through in a short first call; you will then get a quote with a concrete estimate within 24 hours.
As a guide: straightforward landing pages start at €2,900. Mid-sized websites with custom design and animation usually sit between €5,000 and €7,500. Larger projects, such as a complete relaunch with many pages or a site with AI automation, start from €9,000.
We bill the project work at a fixed price, so you can plan ahead. On top of that comes Webflow's ongoing site plan for hosting. Maintenance and further development are optional and listed separately in the quote, with no hidden extras.
As a certified Webflow Premium Partner we have delivered more than 75 websites for B2B companies, SaaS providers and established mid-sized businesses, mostly where the offering needs explaining: software, IT service providers, industry, recruitment firms and consultancies.
A few examples: the AI startup CERA AI with its AI dispatcher for freight forwarders, ThinPrint after its move from WordPress, the IT systems house MKJC.NET, the HR provider comvaHRo and EAF Berlin after its migration from TYPO3.
Webflow suits anyone who wants a professional website without disappearing into technical detail or giving up flexibility.
Companies and startups get the most out of it. If you need to be online quickly, update content regularly and still want a well-designed, fast site, Webflow is exactly right.
Service businesses such as coaches, consultants, agencies and freelancers who want to position themselves properly online will find Webflow a very good fit. No generic template look, no interchangeable WordPress feel, just a site that actually matches the brand.
Anyone who depends on SEO gets particularly far with Webflow. Clean code, fast loading, full control over metadata, structured content and automatically generated sitemaps make it one of the most SEO-friendly platforms there is.
Marketing and design teams value the visual freedom. No dated templates, no off-the-shelf WordPress design, just pixel-accurate execution without writing a line of code.
Webflow is less suitable for very complex web apps with deep backend logic, for huge e-commerce shops with thousands of products, or for teams committed to open source throughout.
In short: Webflow is the platform for anyone tired of putting up with dated systems and interchangeable design who wants a site that genuinely convinces.
Webflow is a strong platform, but there are real arguments against it that are worth knowing.
Vendor lock-in
This is the biggest structural issue. Your whole website lives on Webflow's infrastructure. If Webflow changes how things work, or in the worst case shuts down one day (we do not expect that), you have a serious problem. An export is possible, though, and the site can then be hosted on your own servers.
Price
Workspace plans for agencies and teams, plus a hosting plan per site, add up quickly. Anyone running several projects pays a noticeable monthly amount. Unlike WordPress, however, there is no endless stream of plugin fees on top.
Limited e-commerce
Webflow has its own shop, but anyone serious about selling products runs into limits fast. No complex discount systems, few payment providers, hardly any automation. Shopify and WooCommerce are in another league here.
Learning curve
Webflow markets itself as a no-code tool, but it is really a pro-code-adjacent one. Without a basic grasp of CSS, flexbox, grid and responsive design you will be out of your depth quickly. The platform is powerful, but it is not learned in an hour.
Whether Webflow genuinely makes sense for your project depends on your requirements, your budget and where you want to be in a few years. That is exactly what we can work out together in a first conversation: honestly, with no sales pressure, and with the aim of reaching the decision that is actually right for you.
In most cases Webflow. You design freely instead of working within a theme, the code stays lean because no plugins are needed, and backups, updates and SSL run automatically. SEO settings come as standard, your team looks after the content in-house, and the code can be exported.
WordPress can still be the right choice if you depend on an existing plugin setup or run a very large shop; Webflow has its limits in e-commerce. You will find the full comparison at Webflow vs WordPress.
Yes. We have extensive experience moving sites from WordPress to Webflow, for example for ThinPrint. We carry over content and structure, set up redirects for every old address and keep an eye on the rankings so they hold up through the switch.
The same applies to other systems: we migrated EAF Berlin from TYPO3 to Webflow, and we move sites from Wix and legacy systems as well.
After the move there are no plugins and no security updates to deal with; hosting, SSL and backups run through Webflow.
Usually 3 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the scope and on how quickly content and feedback arrive from your side. Larger relaunches take longer; for ThinPrint it was 12 weeks.
The schedule is set week by week before we start: strategy 1 week, design 2 weeks, development 3 weeks, launch 1 week. So you always know when your team is needed.
In principle we can start at any time, as long as a slot is free. We take on a maximum of 6 to 8 clients at once, so the quality of the work holds up.
Yes, that is one of the reasons for choosing Webflow. Your team adds new landing pages, case studies or blog posts in the editor themselves, without a developer. The building blocks come with the site, and we show you how to use them.
If you want to go deeper, we offer Webflow training sessions and workshops where you learn how to get more out of the platform.
And if you would rather hand the upkeep over: our ongoing care is available as a subscription. You send a brief and usually get the result within 48 hours.
Yes, entirely. Once the project is complete, all designs and the website itself belong to you.
That means you are not tied to us: you can maintain the site yourselves, hand it to your own team or bring in another agency. If you ever want to leave Webflow altogether, you can export the code and run the website on your own server.
We do not hold on to you through access or rights, only through the quality of our work.
Yes. In our experience Webflow sites rank noticeably higher than, say, WordPress sites. Page speed is one of the factors Google weighs, and Webflow has an advantage there thanks to its clean, fast code. Add to that built-in SEO tooling, full control over metadata, structured content and automatically generated sitemaps.
The same structure helps in AI search: Google AI, ChatGPT and similar tools read clean HTML and clearly organised content well, so they can work with your information. Combined with further SEO measures, Webflow is a solid foundation for being found in search engines and in AI answers.
We optimise every site for the highest possible visibility.
Data protection matters a great deal to us. When we build Webflow sites we pay close attention to GDPR compliance throughout. From cookie notices to secure data handling, we implement what is needed and advise you on best practice so the rules are actually met.
Webflow sites are hosted on US servers by default. As long as no personal customer data is processed through those servers, that is not a GDPR problem. When we build forms we take particular care over compliance, so data is captured securely and within the rules. If concerns remain, there is always the option of exporting the site code and hosting on a German server of your choosing.
By five things you can check before you start.
Certification: certified by Webflow, for example as a Webflow Premium Partner, as we are.
References with results: ask about enquiries and rankings rather than screenshots. You will find examples in our projects.
Clarity on ownership, export and support: who owns the website, can the code be exported, and what happens after launch?
An understanding of your business: does the first call ask about your audience and your sales process, or only about colours?
Fixed prices: the quote names the price up front, with no hidden extras.
With Astro, Tailwind and TypeScript, designed in Figma and shipped through Git and a CDN. Astro is an open source web framework for content-driven websites: it ships pages as finished HTML and loads JavaScript only for the parts that are genuinely interactive. Astro calls that principle "islands".
For you that means very short load times, good Core Web Vitals and a page that is there immediately, even on a slow connection. Astro reports that 71% of real-world sites built with it have good Core Web Vitals, well ahead of WordPress or classic React frameworks.
We build both, and the choice depends on how you want to work.
Webflow fits when your team wants to maintain content and pages in the editor without a developer. Everything sits on one platform, from hosting to CMS.
Astro fits when code, content and hosting should stay in your hands, when you need maximum performance, or when your website works closely with your own systems, a headless CMS or an app.
In the first call we say openly which way suits your case. It regularly happens that we recommend Webflow although you came to us for Astro, and the other way round.
Custom development follows the same price ranges as all our projects: landing pages start at €2,900, mid-sized websites with a custom design cost €5,000 to €7,500, and larger projects such as a relaunch with many pages, portals or integrations with your systems start from €9,000.
We clarify the scope in a first call. Within 24 hours you receive a quote with a fixed price. On top of that come ongoing hosting fees, depending on the provider. There are no platform or plugin fees with Astro.
It starts with a no-obligation 30-minute first call. Within 24 hours you receive a quote with a first concept.
From there we work in fixed steps: Strategy with a workshop, keyword research and wireframes. Design in Figma. Development in Astro, versioned in Git. Launch via a CDN. After that we look after the site for you if you want us to.
Every step has a fixed date, so you know when your team is needed. We coordinate via Slack or WhatsApp.
Usually 3 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the scope and on how quickly content and feedback arrive.
We agree the schedule up front, week by week, so you know what happens when.
Yes. Astro takes content from files in the project or from a headless CMS of your choice. If your team regularly publishes articles, case studies or landing pages, we connect a CMS you write in as usual; the site then rebuilds itself automatically.
The fields are type-checked: if an image or a title is missing, it shows up at build time instead of in front of your visitors.
Search engines and AI agents read HTML, and HTML is exactly what Astro delivers: finished pages, with no JavaScript that has to run first. On top of that come load times in the green, a clean heading structure, structured data and sitemaps generated automatically.
None of that replaces content people are searching for, but it clears away the technical hurdles many websites fail at.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons to switch. Whether WordPress, TYPO3, Wix or an older system: we carry over content and structure, set up redirects for every old address and keep an eye on your rankings.
After the move there are no plugins going out of date and no database anyone has to secure. The site sits on a CDN as HTML.
With a static website the usual maintenance work disappears: no plugins going out of date, no database anyone has to secure. Only finished HTML sits on the CDN.
Hosting runs through GitHub and Cloudflare and stays in your hands. You do not depend on us for it.
If you want changes or additions, we offer ongoing support as a subscription: you send us a brief and usually get the result within 48 hours.
Yes, entirely. Code, content and hosting stay in your hands. The repository belongs to you, as do all designs and the website itself.
There is no platform lock-in: Astro is open source, and the site sits on a CDN as finished HTML. Any development team can carry on with it, whether your own people, another agency or us. We do not hold on to you through access or rights, only through the quality of our work.
Because Astro ships finished HTML and loads JavaScript only for the parts that are genuinely interactive. The result is load times and Core Web Vitals that WordPress and classic React frameworks rarely reach.
Compared with WordPress there are no plugins going out of date and no database anyone has to secure. Compared with Next.js the same principle applies: we use React only where interaction is needed, such as calculators or configurators.
This website itself runs on Astro.
A static website gives you a good starting point: there is no database with customer data on the site itself, only finished HTML. You choose the hosting provider freely, including a server in Germany if you prefer.
We design forms to comply with the GDPR, add cookie notices only where they are needed, and choose external services deliberately.
None of this replaces legal advice: which obligations apply to you in detail is something to clarify with your data protection officer or a law firm.
We find the tasks where AI saves your marketing the most time and set them up so your team runs them on its own: use cases ranked by ROI, workflows automated in n8n (approval stays with a person), AI agents on your own data, an AI-native website, reporting with monitoring, plus copy and visuals.
For example a landing page for the webinar campaign built from your components and CMS numbers, or a monthly report with recommendations on what to tackle first. AI does not replace a marketing team; it takes on the work that otherwise keeps getting pushed back.
A website that is not only read by people, but can also be understood and used by language models and agents. That takes a clear structure, structured data, documented components and a CMS whose fields are named unambiguously.
The second part is the connection: your assistant knows your product, your audiences and your approved claims, so it can draft new pages and content instead of starting from scratch every time.
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant talk to your systems: CMS, analytics, project tools or an internal knowledge base.
Instead of copying content back and forth, the AI works at the source, with the permissions you grant and a log of what happened. One example: "Create this blog post as a draft in the collection, with title, slug and meta description" becomes one step instead of ten.
In most cases, yes. With Webflow and Astro we work inside your existing setup. With other systems we first look at how cleanly your content and components are structured.
If the foundations are missing, we will say so: sometimes it makes more sense to tidy up the structure first than to let an AI loose on a messy system.
Only if you explicitly want it to. Together we define what the AI may change directly, what goes to review as a draft and what stays with people only.
The usual setup: the AI prepares drafts, translations and metadata, and your team approves before anything goes live. Every change stays traceable and can be rolled back.
No. Your people work in the interfaces they already know: the chat with the assistant, the CMS and Slack. We set up the workflows behind them.
You also get ready-made task briefs for the recurring cases and a short handover, so new colleagues can join in straight away.
For the odd piece of copy, ChatGPT is enough, and we say so openly. The difference is the system behind it: in the audit we take your workflows apart and set a roadmap. Then we start with a pilot that saves measurable time and connect your CMS and your tools during the rollout. Finally we hand everything over with documentation and train your team until they run the system on their own.
So you do not just get answers from a chat, but a workflow that keeps running once we are no longer involved.
Mostly B2B marketing teams with recurring tasks: landing pages, blog posts, translations, reports or handling enquiries. The more often a task comes up, the more time a workflow saves once it is properly set up.
It also matters that you want to measure results, such as the time saved in the pilot or visibility and enquiries in the monitoring. In the audit you get an honest feasibility view: if a use case does not pay off for you, we say so instead of building it anyway.
With clear rules instead of blanket access. The AI only gets the permissions you explicitly grant. Every change is logged and can be rolled back. Approval stays with your team, and the system belongs to you, not to us.
We choose the tools and models together with you and, as part of that decision, check the data protection requirements that apply to your data.
That is what we work towards. Language models quote sources that are clearly written, well structured and technically readable.
We add structured data, sharpen your core claims, set up an llms.txt and check that your pages are accessible to agents. Nobody can guarantee placements, but the conditions for them can be improved measurably.
The pilot already comes with a yardstick: one use case, live quickly, with a time saving you can check. After that, agents bring your marketing data together and keep visibility and enquiries in view.
That feeds a monthly report with recommendations: how visibility has developed, how many enquiries came in, which source brought the most, plus notes such as "Three pages without a meta description". Every report ends with concrete next steps, so you know what to tackle first.
We start with one specific task rather than a large programme. After a look at your website, your CMS and your tools we quote a fixed price for the first workflow, including setup, testing and handover.
You know the price before we start, not afterwards. Whether it continues from there is up to you. The licences for tools and models such as Claude or ChatGPT, and the hosting, run through your own accounts.
