The first call takes 30 minutes and is free of charge, with no obligation. We listen first and ask questions: what do you want the website to achieve, and who do you want it to reach? On that basis we put forward first ideas for a solution and give you an initial sense of the investment the project involves.
Within 24 hours of the call you receive a quote. Whether you go ahead with it is your decision, taken in your own time and without any sales pressure.
Within 24 hours of the first call. The quote is put together for your project and includes a first concept and a fixed price for the project work, so you can plan ahead.
Ongoing hosting fees, which depend on the plan, and optional maintenance and further development are listed separately, with no hidden extras. The quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
In principle we can start at any time. It comes down to how many slots we have open. As a rule we take on a maximum of six to eight clients at once, so the quality of the work holds up.
