A scalable Webflow site for high-ticket coaching at IT-Forge
An extremely fast Webflow site for Jawed Sahebjan's mentoring programme. Built for lead generation, technical precision (the audience is demanding) and AI visibility for organic reach.
Jawed Sahebjan runs a specialist mentoring programme for IT freelancers. His audience, developers, architects, DevOps people, is technically expert and hard to impress. A slow or badly structured website would be fatal here, because it says something immediately about the mentor's own technical competence.
So the brief was: the website has to reflect the quality of the mentoring.
We did not build a conventional business card, we built a digital sales channel. The site has two clear jobs:
- Building trust through engineering: the site loads extremely quickly and runs without a fault. To IT specialists that signals straight away: this person knows their craft.
- Lead generation: the structure moves the visitor logically from the problem (trading time for money) to the answer (mentoring) and on to a first conversation.
The site is also AI-ready in a technical sense. We made sure modern AI search tools such as ChatGPT Search and Perplexity understand the mentoring offer and can return it in answer to relevant questions ("best mentoring for IT freelancers").
What we did (tech and strategy)
An overview of the work:
1. Webflow and technical trust
For this audience, performance is a mark of quality.
- What we did: we set Webflow up very cleanly and stripped out anything unnecessary.
- The effect: the site loads in milliseconds. For IT freelancers that builds trust below the level of conscious thought, before they have read a single word.
2. Conversion focus (funnel)
The design serves the sale.
- Strategy: the site works with clear psychological elements: sharpen awareness of the problem, demonstrate authority (participants' results), then offer a low hurdle for getting in touch.
- Execution: the calls to action are present without being irritating. The route from visitor to lead is kept as short as it can be.
3. AI optimisation (GEO and semantics)
People looking for coaching in IT often research with AI tools.
llms.txtintegration: we serve AI bots a dedicated, text-based version of the content, so they can read the details of the mentoring, what it covers, who it is for, what comes out of it, without error.- Schema markup: in the code we defined precisely that this is mentoring and a service. That helps search engines grasp the context and rank Jawed as an authority in his niche.
